I saw Karley NP and had a great experience. Being new to the area I had to find a new provider. From the front desk to the MA to the other Providers I met in the process…everyone was amazing! I would recommend this practice to anyone needing an OB or just a GYN.
i was never even seen, i scheduled an appointment at the new location and they called to reschedule me at the raleigh location and when the day came and i was almost there (i live an hour away) they canceled my appointment. i’ve seen reviews saying this has happened to others and i didn’t think i was gonna happen to me and it did on my way to my first visit and i will not be going here.
I gave birth in 2021 with City of Oaks Midwifery and loved everything about the experience. I’ve been back since the shift solely to get and remove an IUD and for a Pap smear and both times I got in quickly, got to see Stacey who has always been incredible. I was even 15 minutes late from traffic and they still squeezed me in and spent a good amount of time with me while I was voicing my concerns over having another child. I loved my visit with this practice during my pregnancy because of Samantha Weinhold! She is the best midwife EVER! Due to this being my first pregnancy, I had a lot of anxiety and nervousness. She listened to my concerns, my questions, and she never belittled me for anything I said or asked. She was even on call the week I delivered, which I do consider myself lucky because I bonded very well with her. My delivery went exceptionally well! Okay prenatal care, mediocre postnatal care. They don’t respond to your messages. Did not have a great experience at Rex hospital for my birth either. The nurse couldn’t find my vein and was poking my skin during labor which stressed me out. Asked for intermittent monitoring, which wasn’t given to me. The postpartum bed they gave me was awful and had a rolling massage thing that couldn’t be turned off and was painful and uncomfortable for someone who had a baby. They wouldn’t switch out the bed.
