Rebecca if you see this im sorry. But I cannot support a practice that does not handle serious situations as a serious manner. If you need an appt be ready to wait 30+ mins on hold before ever speaking to someone. If you are going through the struggles of postpartum this is not the place for you. Absolutely careless. If you are told the wrong appt time be ready to be blamed as if its your fault. I followed Dr. Summers here from a previous office. Hands down she is the best doctor!!! She always listens to my concerns , answers all of my questions and takes her time!! Go see Dr. Summers 💗
I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for over a week. I get no call backs. I can’t message them through mychart. And when I just tried to call again the call ended once I clicked where I wanted to be directed. I love my doctor there but this is ridiculous. I can’t message my doctor and their phone has been saying they’re in clinic for over a week.
Dr. B has been nothing short of amazing! I had the privilege of having him for both of my daughter’s deliveries. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Can’t recommend him enough!
