I’ll start by saying the only reason this review gets 2 stars is because Dr. B is purely wonderful. However, the front desk has dropped the ball in big ways following a surgery I had with Dr. B. After my surgery, I had several follow-ups scheduled because of unexpected complications with healing. Dr. B assured me that all of these follow-ups would be at no cost, as they were part of the cost of the surgery. You can’t get a hold of a soul at this place. This is my doc and have been trying for a month to get a hold of someone…They do not answer phone, can’t leave a message and they don’t respond on MyChart app. This was where I was going to the doctor and Not sure it even exists now. Ridiculous!!!
I have had two c-sections with Dr. B. There are so many wonderful things to write. He was so patient, calm and understanding with any questions I had (as my first c-section was not planned). He was very knowledgeable and precise and took his time. I have seen some of my friends c-section scars… they come nowhere near how clean and neat mine look!! Would highly recommend Dr. B at this practice!
Disrespectful and incompetent practice. Every time my wife has an appointment she texts me about how late they are. They ask for her to be there 15 minutes early then they are 30 minutes late only to realize, oh crap! We forgot our sonographer isn't here. I went with my wife to anatomy scan to support her after getting a baby sitter and taking the day off work only for them to completely drop the ball. Do better.
