Dr Kyle Zoll took the time to explain everything down to detail with me . I would highly recommend him . Down to earth guy . He really seems to care about his patients.
The Dr Timmons is a great doctor but his nurse Marie is one of the most hateful nurses that I have ever encountered she has no respect for any patient at all talks to them like there her children or husband for this reason I never want to deal with her again in life like I said the doctor is great but I would rather see another doctor in the same practice as long as I don’t have to deal with Marie. My doctor referred me to them and told me they would contact me for an appointment. One week goes by and no calls. I called them and was only given a voicemail which was not returned in two days so I called back. They said the scheduling team would call me back by the end of the day. The next day I called, and was told they would call me back by the end of the day. 10 days passed and I threw a fit on the phone but finally got an appointment. They scheduled me for an MRI. Abusive front desk woman. The woman at the front desk yelled at my dad. Used the F word. This is from an old visit. I only learned this today as I am at a the primary doctors office and my dad was given a referral to this nephology. My dad was fearful and decline and shared this experience today. I will be calling the office to report. Do not use this place. I am happy to talk to anyone from this office who want to dispute or learn more about this
I just left NC Nephrology (Barrett location) after my first visit and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. From the receptionist to the lab to the checkout staff everyone was friendly and professional. My doctor took the time to discuss my health history and come to a definitive answer to my kidney issues. He developed a plan for me going forward and I left feeling so confident about the process.
