Totally unresponsive to requests for general licensing info. Phone always goes to voicemail & messages are never returned. Email addresses listed on website bounce, and or are never responded to. Licensing rules are convoluted, complex, and cumbersome. Easy to see why so many contractors bypass dealing with this nonsense. Typical government employees with no accountability...
Wait time was ridiculous, but employees were exceptional, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their service isn't the old angry woman it used to be!
