Since I been calling wasn't with accuracy of what I viewed also learn to have good verbals with kindness and talk to ppl with kindness one of the times I called I was displeasing how I was talked down to.
It says when you write a review, that you should share your experience. Well its hard to have one when they will not awnser the phone.
Scam
Poorly designed. Scan your information in ahead of time, they tell you it’s photocopied. Sorry, it’s originals! Give them your drivers license scanned in… it’s photo copied! It was scanned in along with the other information that was asked when filling out the information requested on the application! The fact I have to wait on 1 piece of information because it’s been over 10 years since my son was approved, I guess isn’t good enough..
