I’m a disable single home owner, I applied for this program last year and was put on a waitlist, 5/2024. they called me and said a estimator will come to my home to do an estimate, a week later the estimator came to my home to do a estimate, The first thing he said if they send me out you will be approve I was so happy when he told me I will get approved I ask him what if the repairs comes up to more then 40,000 he ensured that we had other program that will help with the additional cost, after he finished the estimate, I wa... read more
Since I been calling wasn't with accuracy of what I viewed also learn to have good verbals with kindness and talk to ppl with kindness one of the times I called I was displeasing how I was talked down to.
It says when you write a review, that you should share your experience. Well its hard to have one when they will not awnser the phone.
