Dr Falsone is the best but the office staff is terrible. I have been there multiple times and check in/out is awful each time. I got to my appointment and they couldn’t find it in the computer. They scheduled it for the wrong location. I am extremely thorough and my husband even teases me for my great memory. I put this follow up in my calendar when I made it last year.
