Called as soon as they opened this morning. Had to leave message for a call back . Called back again still no return call. You would think after 3 hrs so far someone could have found the time to return my call.
Never had any issues and my phone calls are always answered in a timely manner, if not I just wait a little while and call back. I understand healthcare workers have multiple responsibilities, which require prioritizing at times.

Not sure what kind of outfit they're running here. No matter what, their phone goes straight to voicemail. I surprised them by coming in person because no one was calling me back and I found out that the doctor wasn't even there today. So that means the office staff was just sitting around not answering the phone. Christy, who I had left a voicemail for earlier in the day, doesn't realize how much her voice carries.
