Dr. Vakani is terrific! I definitely can’t say the same for the young lady who took my vitals and gave me my EKG. I don’t know her name because her name tag was backwards. She definitely was not pleasant. Not one smile or how are you not hello my name is not on thank you or have a nice day. Maybe she’s having a bad day or maybe it’s just me.
