Was referred here by my PCP because they could see me earlier than any other cardiologist. And now I think I know why they had immediate openings for patients: poor customer service. Arrived on time. I was extremely impressed by Dr. Mateen Akhtar’s professionalism. If anyone out there looking for specializes in cardiology l would highly recommend with Dr. Mateen Akhtar.

I have been with this doctor since 2001 and always been thrilled with their service, however as of my visit yesterday I went in for my test and I didn't even get to see my Dr. so today on mychart the results show up and unless you are a doctor they were useless, still havent heard from my Dr. I am not at all happy with NC Heart's service the only good thing from yesterdays visit we the Tech that did the test and she was over the top, without her this would have been a 1 star review....
