The installers did an excellent job BUT the owner needs to communicate alot better with his customers OR let the installers communicate with the customers so they would know if they'll be on site to do the job or if they would need to reschedule.

Our 29 unit condo association was tired of paying for gutter/drain cleaning 3X annually so we decided to investigate gutter covers. During our research, we contacted four contractors each having extensive experience installing gutter covers. I had such high hopes for this company to replace my gutters. John was super friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I even decided on the spot that I would use his services for all of my projects (crawlspace door replacement, new fascia boards and more). Then came the silence. I was never put on the schedule nor did I receive a response to my texts. Luckily I've found another company to help me but the experience was disappointing and set me back a couple of weeks.
