Worst Insurance Company !!!! It’s all on video. And, 2 weeks later no decision on my claim !!!!
We quoted homeowners insurance with them, and they gave us a quote that was an excellent price, with good coverage. Then when we decided to go ahead and provide them information on finalizing, revealed that they had "accidentally" quoted us insurance at the bundled rate, and we would need to have auto insurance with them to get it. We ended up going with a competitor.
If you’ve been hit by a driver with NC Farm Bureau, ask for everything in writing and don’t give a recorded statement until you’re ready. Their adjuster called immediately to get my statement, quickly approved a rental since it was extremely apparent their driver was at fault. As soon as I picked up the rental and signed the release waiver, their adjuster started pressuring me to go through my own insurance, threatening NC’s contributory negligence rules of only needing to find me 1% at fault.
