Bought our first house, had Farm Bureau recommended to us by our agent, happily signed up for a policy, had no issues the first 3 years, Tropical Storm Chantal came along, we had some water damage, we made a claim, just like insurance is supposed to support, made our repairs, and were promptly put on "non-renew" status with almost no notice by FB, and when we raised the issue with FB, the senior agent (who had recently tried to sell us all the other services they offer as well) basically hid behind an insultingly inane arith... read more
Can’t talk with a human on the phone. Get a recording and put on hold multiple times then just cut off. Trying to pay off the loan and get the title. Impossible to get a call through
Horrible company. Did not pay for damage from storm to home
