The claims department is highly Unprofessional. When answering the phone they don't identify themselves and I spoke to several of them and they were highly Unprofessional and had bad attitudes. I spoke with Jessica and was given misinformation, Abby who hung up on me, Will who said he had worked there 2 months and laughed after discovering the person he informed me I needed to fix my problem was actually my Agent. Prices were great at first. My agent (Bert) called non stop for first month or so to sell me life insurance. Now I could not buy a call out of the company to inform me of updates to our accounts or billing issues. Am canceling all policies.
Overall, Forbes has been fooled. NCFBins, will punt you like a football after 3 auto insurance claims. After 3 home insurance claims, or if your manufactured home is 20+ years old, saying it is uninhabitable, unkept. I know, was sent a letter saying My manufactured home was dropped, because, it is unkept and uninhabitable, and is over 25 yrs old.
Highly recommend working with Vaughn Cowan He is kind and explains everything so that you understand what is going on. Our bathroom flooded and destroyed parts of our home. We were scrambling around worried but his empathy and calm demeanor really lets you know everything is going to be okay. Thanks Vaughn!
