Carolina Exteriors installed the roofs in our town home community last year. We had issues after that were documented by leaks and an engineering report. They have not returned frequent calls from our management company. So, for the latest repair, we had to use Baker and of course they fixed the issue. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. They want your money, but they don't stand by their work.
We have used NC Exteriors on several projects, we were happy with the folks they sent and the service. So we decided to let them rebuild our deck. The crew they sent were not employee's they made a large mistake and had to rebuild that part (ok. it happens), we are pleased with their workmanship. They built the deck in December 2018 and we have called and written them to come back and do a walk through which has not happened) we had a number of questions such as 1) in our agreement they were to clean-up the area.. so when th... read more

After reading All of the reviews on North Carolina Exteriors I called them and discussed the "one" negative review which was "unusually really long" . I found N.C. Exteriors to be exceptionally reasonable and logical so I hired them. I could not have been more satisfied with the roof and siding repairs. A relative could not have been more honest and reliable in how they handled my needs. I recently used NC Exteriors to replace rotten Masonite siding with new James Hardie Color Plus siding. I received several estimates and I believe that NC Exteriors offered a very good value for the price. I checked several references and everyone I talked to had great things to say about the projects that NC Exteriors did for them.
