Carolina Exteriors installed the roofs in our town home community last year. We had issues after that were documented by leaks and an engineering report. They have not returned frequent calls from our management company. So, for the latest repair, we had to use Baker and of course they fixed the issue. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. They want your money, but they don't stand by their work.
