I had the worst experience ever and they cost me thousands of dollars due to their poor customer services! My local agency sold their business to North Carolina coastal insurance and I contacted them several times about a payment that was not taken out of my account in February and maybe adding renters insurance! When we moved into the area a few years years ago, we entrusted NC Coastal Insurance with all our insurance needs.
