I called and got everything handled within five minutes of calling.
The staff do not seem to care about their students. It's one thing to come late, but not even apologize for coming late and then on top of that not really doing any beneficial work during the session. I had another therapist that just had poor communication, we were suppose to meet at a specific time and I did not hear form her for a month. I would not recommend this center for students.
The first mental health professional I had flat out emailed me to let me know she lost part of my chart and couldn’t find it. Talk about breech of confidentiality. The second mental heath professional I saw here was pretty good (which is the only reason there’s two stars instead of one) until they suggested that I get used to using my disability accommodation elsewhere before I come to campus when I asked them to accept said accommodation.
