This island is not like any other we know. We have been coming in the quiet season ( October/November} for the past 6 years. Weather is usually warm and the beaches unspoilt. The houses we rented have been family homes with many extras and usually of a high standard.
This was our 5th year and it was great-as usual. Lori and Joseph were amazing once again!!They went out of their way to do everything they could to make our trip wonderful. We spent our days at the ocean watching the dolphins and manatees and night touring the island in our golf cart. We also visited Mangos and had drinks by the pool-bartender was also great.Prior to us discovering North Captiva we always vacationed in Myrtle Beach. Can't see myself ever switching back.
