I did not have to wait and was able to get in and out quickly. All staff were attentive, professional and kind. Jeffrey Ure listened to what I needed, examined me for other symptoms and explained what to watch for. He said to come back if treatment did not resolve everything in a few days.
Hayley Mathews was great with my child. She asked the right questions and made her feel comfortable. I love the fact that there is a lab on site makes this visit so much easier and convenient when having a sick child. Jackie was gentle and efficient when swabbing my child.
