Horrible reception and clinic service! Rude and unprofessional customer service!! And on top of this , All they care is $$$ Waiting time in clinic is +30 min! Pay $100 to take the pathology result from the GP! The GP denies receiving from receptionist any urgent notes for quick action! Although, the receptionist notified you, call charges applied if the dr called! ASAP appointments after being at the ER in hospital is given after 3 days! Same as if you booked yourself online! Dr Rozario is a caring and professional GP with wonderful knowledge and attention to detail. I am so pleased to have him as my doctor. Receptionists and nurses are always happy and welcoming. The nurses take great care of me.
