Absolutely horrible experience here, I come for an appointment with Dr. Karim Ahmed 15 minutes early incase I needed to fill any kind of paperwork, appointment time comes and goes and after nearly an hour of sitting in the waiting room, the receptionist calls in another lady into her appointment after the lady had come late to hers and the doctor welcomes her into his office as if he has all the time in the world when there are other patients waiting to be called in. Very friendly doctors and staffs. Really knowledgeable.Parking is also available at the ramp at the back of practice and kids friendly.
Friendly staff and professional Dr. I will continue seeing Dr Kareem even that I live at the other side of town. The policy of cancelling appointment if you don't put your credit card details need to be reviewed. Assumption should be that patients are accountable unless otherwise will be proved.
The medical center is nice and the doctor is better than expected.
