I went to see Dr. Kinniburgh for repair of my permanent retainer that I got many years ago somewhere else. Him and his whole team were amazing. Repaired my wire that had come loose very quickly with an awesome result, back to new. I will definitely return if I need more repairs or a replacement. Highly recommend !!
Very rarely do I have such praise to a business but gosh these guys are the best! Super helpful and friendly , no hard sells and genuinely wanting the best for their patients because they care about the best outcome, highly recommended is an understatement !
Friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this place. The staff here truly go above and beyond for every little detail! The reception staff walked me through the kinks of submitting my payment to insurance and Dr. K and the hygienist went the extra mile to ensure my comfort when working on my sensitive teeth. Dr. Kinniburgh and his entire staff are truly amazing and a pleasure to deal with. They consistently go above and beyond for their patients. My daughter, who is in Grade 12, just finished her braces treatment. Although her original appointment to have them removed was scheduled for four weeks after school started, the team recognized her treatment was ready. They were able to move up her appointment to before the school year began, which was a very special and appreciated gesture for a high school senior. Thank you, team!
