5 stars to Kaitlin at North Cair in Parksville for her excellent service and help getting me adjusted to my new CPAP machine. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions with patience and confidence! I am so excited to submit this review! 5 stars for sure! I need to tell the story! I live in the interior of BC and we decided to visit a good friend in Parksville. Wouldn’t you know it, got halfway to the lower mainland and realized I had forgotten my CPAP machine at home. I had a choice, drive an additional 3 hours to pick it up or see if there was any alternatives in Parksville. I googled CPAP and found North Cair! By far the very best of service. The kindness and professionalism we encountered was second to none. Highly recommend to anyone with apnea requiring cpap devices.
North Cair was just what I needed. Dan was great and Caitlain answered all my questions and concerns regarding my CPAP. I am now using my machine nightly. I highly recommend North Cair.
