Caitlyn and Dan have provided an amazing level of customer service. From the initial assessment the process has been efficient and pleasant. 1 trip to Qualicum and then twice Dan provided at home services to our home in Port Alberni. They have provided excellent follow-up to make sure I got the perfect fitting mask. Sorry to say my spouse received horrible service from Vital Air. She has now switched to North Cair because of my excellent experience.
I am very grateful for all the help provided by North Cair staff, namely Aimee Adams, LPN. My personal sleep study showed I need help with my Obstructive apnea diagnosis. I was provided with two month trial of the loner Resmed machine, and my level of blood oxygen almost instantly returned to the normal level. Just the first night of trial I have noticed my daytime energy improved substantially.
