Very Unprofessional I'm a military dependant so I've seen more than my share of doctors, clinics, and hospitals. This clinic is the worst I've been to in over twenty years. My doctor was Doctor Shurley, who seems to be capable. So where is the complaint. There's a lady behind the desk named Carmen that treats the patients horribly. GREAT DOCTOR, GREAT STAFF! I have also been seeing Dr. Shurley since I was a child. I have recommended Dr. Shurley and this clinic to several of my closest friends and will continue to do so. He is one of those rare doctors that actually cares about each of his patients. He tells you everything you need to know and in a way you can actually understand.

GREAT DOCTOR, GREAT STAFF! I have also been seeing Dr. Shurley since I was a child. I have recommended Dr. Shurley and this clinic to several of my closest friends and will continue to do so. As for the the staff of NCFM I have always been greeted with a friendly voice over the phone and a warm smile when I walk in the door. 5 stars here!
Great Clinic! I'm sorry that "Jenny C" was treated badly, but I have never had a problem. I see Dr. Ashley and I have always been satisfied with my care. I am also a military spouse and I know what it is like to be treated like you don't matter (seeing any doctor in the on base medical office), so it was important for me to find a clinic that was friendly and competent. Best Doctor I have gone to Dr. Shurley since i was a child. Now that I am a mother I compleatly understand why my mom chose him. He is always avaliable. You can call him at home if need be and he is always understanding and caring. The best doctor around
Friendly Service I recently had my first encounter with North Cabot Family Medicine, and I have found my new doctor of choice!! Dr. Shurley is very down-to-earth. He listened to everything I had questions about, shared with me very openly, and was just an all-around great doctor. They have many lab capabilities on-site, so there's no waiting for days to find out little things (some bigger things still have to be sent off, but it was refreshing to find an office that accomplishes things on-site!).
