I had a great experience with this veterinary hospital. My dog had dental surgery with Dr. Imani and everything went smoothly. The staff were kind, professional and very caring. They explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. My dog was recovering well and I'm grateful. Highly recommended.
Incredibly amazing and caring staff, brought my 18 year old cat Pumpkin for an annual check up and Dr.Yan listened to my concerns and went above and beyond with her skills and knowledge in every way. Pumpkin and I are so happy to have found this new vet clinic. I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for Pumpkin. This is a wonderful clinic! The staff are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr Imani regularly goes far beyond the service other vets provide. I have an elderly golden retriever. When she was in terrible pain, he came to my house on multiple occasions and gave great care. At times carrying her and putting her in my car so I could take her to the North Burnaby Pet Hospital for X-rays. Staff were very kind to her while she was there. I don’t bring my furry family here. But I go there all the time to buy food for them. This location is great fresh and clean. The staff are amazing as well as the doctors. Let’s be honest Iranian Doctors are some of the best doctors ever.
I can’t recommend this veterinary clinic enough. The care and attention they provide is exceptional , always taking the time to truly understand what’s going on and find the right solution, rather than rushing or suggesting unnecessary treatments.
