Great service. Recall repair was done quickly and it was easy to make an appointment online.
Had my front brakes done and paid double the average price to have it done right at a Ford dealer. Immediately after the brake job my front end vibrates when braking. I travel for work and they said I could take it another dealer to have it corrected for free, which I did, Jefferson Ford in Jefferson, GA. But they wanted to charge me another $200 just to diagnose the issue. Nope. Don't pay extra to have any service done at a Ford dealer! I will never pay dealer service prices again.
I was skeptical that this place would open on time (7AM) -- my experience with Village Ford in Dearborn has been terrible so I was ready for more disappointment. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! A functionally designed and clean drop off and waiting area, well organized workload. My service advisor (Kaitlyn) was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. It is a bit of a hassle getting inside the gate for the cars, but other than that, it's a good dealership.
