I was doing a routine break job and found a seized caliper on my 3 year old truck took it to North brothers to have the caliper replaced took 8 hrs to do I do my own breaks it takes me 1 HR for fronts and 1 HR for rears and a week later need to have my whole suspension redone kind of odd
Poor North Brothers they were my A1 for along time but they collision so is now like the service department no communication didn't do all the work requested part on backorder for 75 days
wait so lonnnnnnggggggggggggggggggg....My car still there since Dec. 23, 2019 until now......No update yet and no one update us even once's a week .. We called today but no answer... I brought my car here bec. im assuming they are better than others. Maybe i check reviews first before we decide to bring my car here.......Very disappointed... :(
