Great service. Recall repair was done quickly and it was easy to make an appointment online.
Had my front brakes done and paid double the average price to have it done right at a Ford dealer. Immediately after the brake job my front end vibrates when braking. I travel for work and they said I could take it another dealer to have it corrected for free, which I did, Jefferson Ford in Jefferson, GA. But they wanted to charge me another $200 just to diagnose the issue. Nope. Don't pay extra to have any service done at a Ford dealer! I will never pay dealer service prices again.
I was skeptical that this place would open on time (7AM) -- my experience with Village Ford in Dearborn has been terrible so I was ready for more disappointment. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! A functionally designed and clean drop off and waiting area, well organized workload. My service advisor (Kaitlyn) was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Shout out to Mason, an the service team for dealing with me an my car. Not once but twice. I got my kia sportage from the used car department of north brothers. An unfortunately it was giving me issues right away. My dealer Paul an service rep Mason handled my panic well. As a single mom I was truly scared I might have been sold a lemon. But they let me know that they are there for me. and handled the issues an treated me really great. I felt heard when I was worried I was being a burden.
