It is a bit of a hassle getting inside the gate for the cars, but other than that, it's a good dealership.
Recall is the only reason we ever take our car to this place, otherwise there is no reason for anyone to even consider this place. They make appts, then keep your car for 4-5hrs after your appt time. Even simple oil change takes hours to complete. What is the point of appt? Last time my wife took her car for a 9am appt for a A-Pillar recall and they called 5 hrs later to let her know they inspected the car and ordered parts. 2 weeks later they got the part and now we gotta take it in for another 5 hours before they get to it... read more
They sure love wasting people's time. My wife took the car for her recall appointment at 9 a.m. Around 1 p.m., they called and said that they inspected the car and ordered parts, and that the parts won't be here until later this or next week. Did you really need to keep the car for 4 hours just to tell me that absolutely nothing was done to it? It's a recall for a plastic window panel and backup camera.
