I was skeptical that this place would open on time (7AM) -- my experience with Village Ford in Dearborn has been terrible so I was ready for more disappointment. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! A functionally designed and clean drop off and waiting area, well organized workload. My service advisor (Kaitlyn) was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Shout out to Mason, an the service team for dealing with me an my car. Not once but twice. I got my kia sportage from the used car department of north brothers. An unfortunately it was giving me issues right away. My dealer Paul an service rep Mason handled my panic well. As a single mom I was truly scared I might have been sold a lemon. But they let me know that they are there for me. and handled the issues an treated me really great. I felt heard when I was worried I was being a burden.
