Went to buy a bike, quick, easy In and out. Staff was friendly, gave me a light + a bike map. Recommend!
Went in a few months ago for a broken spoke. When I got the bike back the wheel wasn’t trued, and brakes were set dangerously loose. I should have pointed out this then and there, but it was getting on closing and my Minnesotan “oh it’s fine” kicked in. I later got a flat and discovered the rim tape wasn’t reset properly after the spoke replacement. The pump that is free to use will bend your presta valve so you'll then have to pay $20 for another inner tube. I asked if it happens a lot. 'it happens". Not cool.
I left my 5k Trek bike at this workshop and asked them to adjust my rear brake. They tried to do that, have striped threads on all brake screws . Called me back and told they cannot help . I went to another bike repair and need to change all brake system because of North Brooklyn Cycles . Don’t waste time with them
