I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the incredible care they provided for my dog during a bout of pancreatitis. I’ve been a client for over 20 years (through multiple office locations and clinic names) I am deeply disappointed by how much this clinic has gone downhill. The care used to be excellent, but it now feels entirely profit-driven rather than the consumer focus of years past.The prices have skyrocketed to an unreasonable degree - 5,000% markup on some meds. My 13-year-old senior dog needs gabapentin twice a day because he is in pain with kidney issues. I was trying to get a refill and they said I had to come in again to get all this blood work done which of course costs a fortune. We sat in there waiting what felt like an hour in the room. And finally I walked out and asked the front desk if somebody was coming in. They seem surprised saying oh nobody has come in there yet?
