I am beyond disappointed and angry with the care my dog, Joy, received. I brought her in Thursday because she wasn’t eating, wasn’t moving around as much, and was having trouble pooping. I explained that I suspected these symptoms might be side effects of her dewormer. They ran bloodwork, a stool test, and other tests, gave her fluids and two eye creams, and suggested her symptoms could be related to KCS affecting her eyes. I can't say enough good things about this veterinary practice. I have two feral cats that are extremely difficult to handle, and yet the vets and staff show such kindness, patience and willingness to help. I am very thankful for the great work that they do. Highly recommend this practice.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Oliver and the rest of the team during our new patient consult for my senior cat. Dr. Oliver took so much time to listen to what was going on and laid out all of my options with pricing. She was realistic about what she would and wouldn’t do if it was her own pet and helped me to time treatments so they are cost effective. I am so thankful for how kind the staff was.
What an incredible experience! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Took me and my Lily right in and made us feel comfortable after a last minute appointment. Came right in and did her exam and were very thorough and helped us out a bunch with an allergy scare. They were so friendly with Lily and were very informative about her issues. 5 stars. Will definitely go here from now on.
