I had been to this place two or three times and the time I need them the most I was treated like a piece of crap! This is what I recall. I cannot remember exactly but just bear with me. Third or fourth visit there the lady kept saying it will be eight 850 in front granted this is why we came in me sitting in the car, my angel baby that had diabetes, deaf and skinny cancer…. I highly recommend this clinic! They were able to schedule an appointment for our sick kitty Ari within a short time. (Ari has not made many trips to clinics, as he can be hostile to strangers.) But kudos to Dr. Alejandro and Naoemi --Our poor boy was so terrified that he acted like a wild animal on the table, but the team remained calm, professional and compassionate. I recently had to put my precious bunny down @ NRAC...I could not have asked for a more compassionate team during this most difficult time..They were professional but still made me feel like family ..They were kind to my bunny & gave me total peace of mine.
