I went into North Brisbane Wreckers last Tuesday to purchase a part for my Mercedes. They quoted a price for the part that was to come from NSW, which I had to pay upfront, site unseen whilst looking at the sign on the wall stating to choose carefully as they do not refund. I was told, the part would be there by thursday. Friday,Ii ring and get told that the part was on the truck and to be delivered.
