Today I visited Dr Fiene for a follow up visit and realised it has been 8yrs that I have been relying on his treatment and good beneficial advice. I appeciate his even demeanor and thoroughness and have trusted his diagnoses and treatmemt over that long period of time. That same level of professionalism and care has been delivered by various sleep technicians and the admin staff. Thank you so much for your help and professional treatment.
Dont go here. Very hard to find and they dont return your emails or messages.Rude receptionist. Told me to email my referral as i forgot to take it with me ,so i emailed it. I even requested an appointment online twice and still No reply or any response. Been well over 1 week and haven't heard back. I even called them and left a message . So ive gone to another clinic now. Will never go here or use this company again.
Do not Recommend. Very poor administration. Left feeling deceived. I was referred from doctors across the road for sleep test. I got bulk billed. Great. Lady at counter rebooked me to see doctors. I prior went and see my regular GP who have me my sleep test results. Next appointment was here they call I attend doctor gives me same results as regular GP. Walk out go to leave they pull me up sir need you need to pay. I explained I was unaware was wasn't I informed nothing was said! last booking was bulk billed.. so I payed fee... read more
Thank you SO MUCH Dr Eric Douglas. After 3 years of gradually worsening insomnia and a lot of medication and attempts at easy solutions from other physicians, Dr Douglas actually thought about my symptoms and problems and got me fixed. Anyone coming here obviously knows how debilitating insomnia and other sleep problems are and the quality of life I’m now back to experiencing is fantastic. Thanks again mate.
