Never use these guys.. I bought a pool pump from them.. paid $920. It’s started to make big noise. Contacted Astral pool the manufacturer and said we may have to change the the bearings and asked to contact the purchaser. When contacted these guys they said they can’t do the repair or send out anyone to have a look.. They want us to buy a new pump, spend another $ 950 or so…So bad post sale service… please use someone who can do better post sale service…

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE I booked online and then spoke to them on the phone. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I explained my pool was green and needed treatment. I was at work so said my elderly mum would pay on my behalf. When I returned from work my 4 year old chlorinator had been replaced and my filter tank had also been replaced. This was done without my discussion or consent at a cost of $3000!!! They had duped my 80+ year old mum into paying for it!!!! I knew exactly what needed done as I had had a poo... read more
