We had a wonderful experience at North Brisbane Family Dental today. From the moment we walked in, the clinic felt very welcoming and child-friendly. There were toothbrush play kits on the wall, drawing materials, small tables and chairs, which helped my child settle down and feel relaxed straight away. The reception staff were friendly, patient and professional. The dentist was incredibly gentle and thorough. I was able to secure a same-day appointment and was expecting to be sent away with a script. Instead I had a wisdom tooth extraction, stitches, consult and x-ray done within 15 minutes. I was shocked by the affordable price and painless treatment! The most pleasant experience at a dentist to date. Highly recommended.
The super amazing customer service from my initial phone call. The want to help when one is in pain. Dr Joseph being so thorough and explaining the process and super funny. Thumbs up to slightly supporting my requirement to eat icecream as I heal. I have divorced my previous dentist......
