I am posting this on behalf of my Father-in-Law who a couple of months ago now had a set of dentures made by Victor at North Brisbane Denture Clinics at The Grange. My father-in-law was so impressed by the depth of care that he had received from Victor having gone from having a top plate to now having a full set of dentures top and bottom. My Dad was looking at getting his first set of dentures after having his teeth extracted. Victor at North Brisbane Denture Clinics came highly recommended to us from friends who had been going there for years. When we called, we spoke with Victor who was absolutely amazing. He was so patient and caring and answered all of our questions on the spot. I had a partial that was made for me in Cairns almost 15 years ago that broke and I went to Victor to have it repaired. He made me a partial that needed repair twice in three months and that never fitted properly. When I left his premises in June 2025 I asked him if I could buy adhesive to hold them in place. The partial was poorly made. I could not recommend this business to anyone & have since had a wonderful partial made elsewhere that fits.

I highly recommend this practice. I have seen Victor regularly over the years to repair dentures I had made through two different dental practices. Broken dentures have been an ongoing problem. He recently made me a new redesigned denture which is much stronger and has for the first time in many years given me any confidence it will not break. Victor and Aimee are friendly and professional and go over and above to help in every way possible.

I visited the Sandgate Clinic for a new top denture knowing I would have to return in a few months for a reline. I was not told anything about possible gum shrinkage only a missing bottom partial denture may impact the denture staying in place. Within 8 months, I had to return for a second reline - which I was not charged for. However, this only lasted a few months and I required a 3rd reline in a year. At no point was I told the possibility of relines due to bone loss as I don't believe the missing bottom denture is to blam... read more
