I chose this company to do my B&P Inspection because of their high volume of 5 stars reviews. However, they outsourced my job to a completely different company with only 2 positive reviews without my authority. I only found out because I was billed by Gateway Inspections. Good communication both through the booking process and at the inspection. Arrived early. Appropriately thorough. Use of drone to inspect roof a great feature. Clearly explained problems found. We have used Brett twice now and have been very pleased with the service provided both times.
6 stars if I could. Brett knows his stuff, arrived early did a comprehensive inspection and saved me from a poorly renovated property. He identified non-compliant DIY work, estimated cost to repair roof properly and didn't rush a thing.
