Inspector was on time. Even tho is was a unit was very extensive report, but not war and peace. Found water issues and offered suggestions on where it could be coming from. Just as well as he did as the shower upstairs was leaking. Would recommend and use again
Can't rate Brisbane Building & Pest more highly! From start to finish, the process was so easy and reassuring. The team organised entry to the property with the real estate agent. When inspecting the property, they went through our home and outlined all the minor things. They knew the shower had been repaired, and to get receipts for insurance, something I would have never known. Great team, highly recommend!
