I don’t know what happened to this place. It’s a shame because I really like my doctor. I have nothing bad to say about the doctors. The reception staff, however, are mind bogglingly unreliable. Twice now my prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacy and when I call to sort it out they are rude and act like I’m an a hole for trying to get my medication. I shouldn’t have to ration my pills in case they screw up. Two months in a row now. Get it together
Called to make sure that they are open from 9-1 today, Saturday, as stated on their website. The answering service was certainly they were not, but put me on a hold to check. When he returned, he asked if I was a current patient. I am, not, I live in RI, This is our second home. He stated they only see current patients after hours. The web site clearly says the opposite. Fun staff an quick service. You won't be waiting for hours.
One receptionist is very rude and obnoxious, so very unprofessional! My Dr has a personality like a rock and I've just given up on getting any kind of decent care! I call them to fill prescriptions and they forget to do so and I have to go without meds that are very important! I don't trust anyone in this office as they just continue to be unprofessional and forgetful! I have put up with this terrible behavior for over 4 years and I've tried to find another Dr but we all know how hard that is! I would recommend this office!!... read more
This practice is borderline neglectful. I’ve been trying to get ahold of my primary care provider to extend an existing prescription and discuss re-adding another medication, due to a colitis flare. I called early on Friday, again yesterday, and left multiple messages—none of which were returned. Today, after calling several times, I was finally told to contact my gastroenterologist instead, despite this being something my PCP should at least address or clearly communicate about.
