Don't bother trying to make an appt.to establish care. Apparently, they're only taking new patients that come from a retiring physicians office in Naples.
Waited over 45 minutes when I arrived 10 mins before open, with a sick toddler. So needless to say the 45 mins was miserable trying to get him to sit still and not touch everything. Receptionist said they're a primary caregiver as well but I watched 5 people check in to walk in after us and all got called back first. 3 walked in after us, got called in and checked out and still we didn't get seen. After the 5th person that walked in after us we walked out. Won't ever waste my time again
Got a small quarter inch gash under my nostril while working in my shed. I called and they refused to see me because the injury was “on my face.” I asked if they could at least clean it out, and they told me “no, because it was on my face.” They referred me to the ER for a quarter inch gash. I guess I missed that part of the Hippocratic Oath, “do no harm, unless it is on the face.”
Not too bad wait time. Clean facility. I was seen by very knowledgeable PA. Zero complaints.
Listen. We love Matusovich — we’ve been coming to see him at all of his offices since our kids were in diapers. This specific practice itself? Awful. They will put you on hold for 10+ minutes before even taking your question. They will say, “yes, we will fax that right over” only for the fax to not be sent over an hour later while you’re sitting waiting for a blood draw.
