This practice is borderline neglectful. I’ve been trying to get ahold of my primary care provider to extend an existing prescription and discuss re-adding another medication, due to a colitis flare. I called early on Friday, again yesterday, and left multiple messages—none of which were returned. Today, after calling several times, I was finally told to contact my gastroenterologist instead, despite this being something my PCP should at least address or clearly communicate about. Don't have walk in clinic advertised in your name, Google search, website, etc if you don't have a walk in doctor available. Waste of time driving there just to be turned away. If you can't staff it, don't offer it, and don't falsely advertise it.
Don't bother trying to make an appt.to establish care. Apparently, they're only taking new patients that come from a retiring physicians office in Naples.
