Mike Carroll and Chris Webber unlawfully kept our deposit after our financing was denied and because they know the way the law works in the state of Florida even our small claims court case, that we will win, will never be paid because they stay one step ahead of the train. They obviously needed our $6k more than we did. Very expensive parts / prices. Limited personnel / associates
We have wanted to purchase a 2020 toy hauler from north brevard rv We put a $7000.00 deposit in the unit. After refinancing our house the credit reports still had not updated and sadly we were not able to get the loan. We did receive a check for the $7000.00 and plan to want for a bit to have all the credit files updated and then would gladly return to purchase rv. Thanks for your patience and help.
