Their office misapplied HSA funds into the wrong plan year after getting the money from our additional insurance plan. This was credited to our account with them originally. When we rescheduled a crown appointment we were informed, they had proceeded to refund into an account that isn't usable, without our authorization. They then refused to credit it back to us because of their mistake. There was no accountability. I have dental anxiety, and Allison made me feel comfortable and let me listen to my music. The dentist was very sweet as well, overall good experience for a dental appointment!
Staff was very easy to work with. They took the time to explain all my options.
