I dropped in to North Bound with a friend of mine who is looking for a gym, immediately I was greeted by name from the owner. Brooks led a very well organized and fun class that tailored to all ages and abilities. As a CrossFit coach myself, I have high expectations walking into a gym and North Bound superseded all of them. The space is beautiful, everyone is friendly, and the coaching is excellent. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Clean and welcoming gym! It’s a beautiful space, and you can tell the ownership takes pride in the space. I went with a friend for a Saturday morning class and coaches/patrons were all friendly. Equipment clean and in great shape! I look forward to going back, thanks NBT crew!
Outstanding community. Coaches are dialed into the specific needs of each member, providing a customized workouts in a supportive community. As a more experienced athlete (60+), I feel right at home. I highly recommend that anyone check this place out.
