I came in today to update my membership, and the experience at the front desk was completely unacceptable. The attendant was rude to me in front of my three kids, even after he pulled up my information and confirmed that I am already a member. There was no reason for the attitude or the disrespect. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially in front of my children. My daughter did two sessions of gymnastics here and LOVED it. It was so wonderful watching her gain so much confidence in her body and get excited every Saturday morning to go to class and see her coaches.
I am writing this review in hopes it could make an impact. This kid's pool is cold. I don't mean cold, like lukewarm, I mean actually cold, like my kids lips were blue cold. Get it together Nobo please.
