Professional service and excellent communication
I urgently needed a prescription for my husband and the receptionist kindly spoke with Dr Shifra (the best Dr in Victoria!) who arranged for one to be sent through today.
Very happy with the service we get from this clinic. Dr Kim Lee is an amazing, caring doctor and would recommend her highly. The staff at the clinic are very helpful.
I brought our two young children to the clinic, and Dr. Shifra Naderi was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the visit. It was quite challenging managing both kids on my own, but she went out of her way to help us and made the whole experience so much easier. I'm truly grateful for her patience and care. Thank you so much.
