The staff at North Billerica Smiles is great. We just switched our dental coverage to their office and they were very welcoming. Everything was great with the 1st visit and we are very happy with our choice.
Erin and all the Ladies there always make me feel comfortable and less nervous about all the dental work that I need done. From the second I walk in, they are friendly, reassuring and professional.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a dentist in my life. First, the building is beautifully decorated (it's mostly women working there), so clean and lovely. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have the latest technology and take their time with patients. They were insanely helpful to me with additional needs beyond my regular cleaning and exam. I cannot recommend this place enough. Really fantastic!
