Let me first say this in no way reflects on Lori Reeves, Myra, or her side of the office. They have always been thoughtful, competent, and professional and my whole family feels well looked after by Lori and her staff. Unfortunately, Lori was not available when we called last week to schedule an appointment for my oldest child, who also happens to be on the spectrum.
