Amazing place!!!
Highly highly recommend. This is an awesome gym with an amazing community. The workouts are very well balanced across upper/lower body, core, and metabolic conditioning. The coaches are all wonderful and very knowledgeable in proper form and technique. They pay attention to each person and make sure to (kindly) offer assistance or tips to avoid injury. I’ve learned a ton, built strength, and gained an awesome community and great friends! I’m stronger, healthier and happier because of this place!
Because of an injury and the doctor’s recommendation to avoid high-impact exercises, I recently started going to the studio to try something different for my workouts. I love that the coaches are very professional and understood right away that I was not a beginner. They challenge me while also supporting my personal goals. North Bethesda Fit Body Boot Camp changed my life for the best. The coaches and owners are extremely supportive. They help you achieve your goals and push you on trying out heavier weight. It gives me joy coming to this place. I look forward to 2025.
Motivating, Cheerful, Supportive staff. Super Clean facility stocked with all equipment needed to achieve your fitness goals. I have been a member for over 3 years.
