Came to NBMC after a major accident. Dr. Hawthorne was amazing and gave me the care I needed/deserved. However, SAIF requires that PAs cannot treat patients after 6 weeks, so I transferred my care to Dr. Williams. While Dr. Williams did submit referrals I requested, he also signed paperwork that said I was healed and back to 100%, even though none of my referrals ended up going through. I left numerous voice-mails and came to his office numerous times, but none of these calls were returned. His signature on those papers cost... read more
