Dr. Sandra Randolph, Audiologist examined and tested my hearing. When I asked her to authorize a certified hearing aid technician in my community to turn on the program for my tinnitus she came unglued. She wrongly assumed I had already bought them and acted as if I was trying to do something duplicitous. I was asking for her help and got read the riot act. She was rude and when I called her out and invited her to remove barriers to care by getting to know the technician and working with him, she discharged me from her care.... read more

Called twice for referral after hearing test. Never got back to us .

I have tried and so has my husband to make appointments here with our pcm. Everytime we try to its they are out of the office. Or send us to a voicemail.. we leave messages. They NEVER call back. Its ridiculous. And then when they have the on call dr dor our pcm, they tell us we have to see our pcm. Its sad.
