I like my kettle. However, we recently had a major issue with the safety valve not functioning properly, and therefore were completely unable to light the kettle resulting in almost a full day of lost sales. We purchased less than a year ago, so we bought a replacement valve and returned the faulty one for reimbursement under warranty. North Bend is absolutely amazing! I've had my mobile concession since 2014. Moved it from Ohio to Florida with a year off in between 2017/2018. The equipment is still working incredibly well. I have so many compliments on my set-up. Thank you Andrea and Brad and family for your impeccable service! Here's to a blessed and prosperous end of 2019 and excited to see what 2020 will bring! As my brother Chris says, this Kettlecorn is "flavored with favor!"

I've been working with North Bend Kettle Corn Inc. for over 10 years! They have world class customer service and bar none the best product in the industry. I've seen first hand the products of competitors made by foreign manufacturers that just cannot compare with units made here in the USA by individuals who care at North Bend! Their reputation is their guarantee at North Bend Kettle Corn Inc.!!!!!
