Went in to see Dr. and Dr. stated that on his chart I owed him $45.00 from a year ago. I stated well that can't be because I 've never received a bill from this office. When I talked to billing the woman there stated " I need you address? If you have been billing me then why do you need my address. She stated over and over that she would take me to collections.
