This office is fantastic. Very grateful they are willing to keep this second practice available to ocean shores. I feel like it would be much easier for them to close it, than to keep it open, given they have another location not terribly far from us. It is very annoying, and in my opinion irresponsibly inconsiderate for locals to complain about the hours, given getting any kind of medical care here is a freaking miracle. Exceptional experience. We were visiting from out of town and my daughter had a contact and eye issue. The clinic got her in the same day and diagnosed and treated the issue. The doctor and staff were caring and attentive. Would highly recommend!
Took my wife here to get her eyeballs. Checked.
Went in to see Dr. and Dr. stated that on his chart I owed him $45.00 from a year ago. I stated well that can't be because I 've never received a bill from this office. When I talked to billing the woman there stated " I need you address? If you have been billing me then why do you need my address. She stated over and over that she would take me to collections. She is a liar, I have never received a bill to that office. Anyway I sent a $45.00 for a service a year ago. Billing office need to not pontificate and prevaricate. t... read more
