Our first red flag should have been the disclaimer that said pictures are not reflective of the unit you will be assigned. Our three bedroom unit in the Towers,1904 was awful. It literally looked like they bought it and couldn't afford to furnish it and maintain it. Old, dirty furniture looked like it came from a basement. Weird smell. The filthiest, stained carpet I have ever seen in a rental. Old, small TVs and minimal lamps and some didn't work. The rental company should be ashamed renting this unit in this condition. Love this place everytime I come,I enjoy the Jasmine Tower it's more of an Oceanfront view Tower. I always rent the Magnolia 3 Bedroom/3 bathroom condo anything 14th floor and up better views the higher you go! Enjoy...Remember life's a Beach ⛱️ 😎 ✨️
