Umbrella so low cannot see the beach in front of us, not allowed to increase height of umbrella to see our kids playing in front of us. Needs longer umbrella poles if the poles need to be in that deep for safety. Chairs couldnt be positioned at edge of umbrella since the chair frame would strike the umbrella frame.
Your prices doubled from last year, you have a 2.5 rating and yet you are still robbing people charging $100 for 1 chair and an umbrella.
I wanted to take the time to give a huge shout out to Tadeas . We have dealt with him for several years . He has always been very thoughtful and polite. I have witness first hand people become very rude to tadeas for things that he can not control , however he always remains polite and tries to resolve whatever the issue was. He always goes above and beyond. He shows up early to make sure chairs and umbrellas are ready for people that have rented as well as setting up extras for people that are looking to rent. Excellent beach service young man, and the lifeguards were top notch.
Rented chairs and umbrellas. granted this a fairly cheap service compared to other beaches. The chairs are old, rusty, and rickety with a layer of chipping paint. The umbrellas were fading and rusted. The bottom of the umbrella is 2.5 feet from the sand and the top is 4 feet from the sand. When we tried to adjust the umbrellas, the man handling our section ripped the umbrellas out of the ground and dug the hole deeper. Good luck getting under these and if you’re a taller person.
