We had a good experience using the beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the Caribbean. The attendant was a younger guy with braces and was very welcoming. He let us know about the after 2pm discount so we ended up buying an extra set. Later he moved the umbrella for us to adjust where the shade was. Worth the money.
On July 5th of this year, my dog was hit by someone associated with this business, and absolutely nothing was done about it. There was no remorse, no apology, and no accountability whatsoever. I was left to deal with everything on my own—emotionally and financially. So far, I’ve spent nearly $5,000 on medical care, and my dog won’t be fully healed until sometime next year. Staff was rude 2 days in a row. We rented an umbrella, two chairs and two additional chairs. The first day he barked the cost as though we could not afford the $50. We inquired earlier from the lifeguard so we Knew the cost. The second day a family Member rented umbrella and two chairs. When we asked if we could rent 2 more chairs he said no without an explanation and became rude threatening to take the umbrella and chairs. I hope he is not the face of your company. Giving 2* only because the young people working here are polite and hardworking. The company policies are very frustrating, seats and umbrellas are taken away at 4pm, should at least leave them until 5 for how much they cost. Also, the beach furniture is SO old and chairs are very uncomfortable. Maybe time to buy new ones???
They’re so mean to the locals other people are in the water like knee deep and they got angry. At me for being knee deep. He keep Whistling at me and I’m not doing anything wrong so
