This was our fourth time staying at this resort, and sadly, it will be our last. What used to be a relaxing getaway has turned into a complete disaster. The decline in quality, cleanliness, and professionalism is shocking. To start, the staff has become downright rude. In the past, they were at least friendly and helpful, but now? Beautiful setting and beach views. Rooms are spacious and staff is responsive. It looks spotless until you settle in. My only complaint is the lack of detail for cleaning: popcorn under the sofa, gum wrapper and dust bunnies under the bed, half-eaten cookie behind a floral arrangement on the dresser. My girls group loves the accommodations and we return year after year.
