it’s unfortunate that such a beautiful home isn’t cared for as it probably should be. From dirty baseboards and area rugs, moldy coffee maker, no television, minimal cookware and utensils, a broken safe, and sinks not draining properly This property is lacking the attention it needs to be demanding these type of fees. on a good note… every single person that we spoke to about these issues made every effort to make our stay more comfortable . i can say enough about Dan(maintenance), CJ (housekeeping) and Chris (front desk)

Great location on the beach with easy access to the beach and several pool options. The swim up bar is a bonus! Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the Maid service. Room was nice, but a lil dated / worn.
Absolutely terrible experience with North Plantation. I booked a reservation and had to cancel within ten minutes—not hours or days, TEN MINUTES—and they refused to refund me. No flexibility, no customer care, just a flat-out “no.” To make matters worse, I was put on hold for 39 minutes trying to speak to someone, only to be told there was nothing they could do.
