Stayed in a Villa apartment over Columbus Day weekend. Booked the room solely based on location AND pool availability (they have 2 indoor pools for use during the colder season.) Our weekend began with finding out that the master suite toilet ran constantly. Had to notify management. Outdoor seating area was in disarray. That was Friday. On Saturday evening, came back after dinner to find that the on-site Steakhouse was having an event and apparently they are allowed to park anywhere on the site including in the parking area... read more

When you arrive on property, you are met with the feel of coastal luxury as the grounds and villas are beautiful and the towers look like a royal palace. The hallways of the resort are beautifully lit and the entrances to the condos look like you are accessing a presidential suite. Everything was very clean. The only reason I give a four instead of five star review is I expected a little bit more from the on site dining. First of all this is still my go to favorite resort, it’s a beautiful place with lots of amenities with amazing views and also a great place to just relax and unwind, the condos are usually top notch with no complaints, but my last short getaway I had a couple of complaints which I shared with the resort. The furniture especially the dining room(table & chairs) could be updated, the cushions sunk in and it was hard to enjoy our meals, the mattress in the bedroom was also sunk in and hard so it was difficult to get a good nig... read more
