They are helping me get my eye site back after high prusser took my site
Assembly line business model at its worst! Had to walk out after 3 hours of waiting after checking in on time for a 9am appointment. Once you check in (everyone is smiling and pleasant of course!) they are quick to get you into a room to start billing your insurance with the basic eye exams. Overbooked and understaffed leads to rushed unprofessional procedures and mistakes. Would not recommend
I saw Dr. Schachar for photocoagulation laser surgery on a small retina tear. I was told at my first visit a month before that the procedure would be very simple and that within four-ish hours, I would be feeling fine and be able to drive home (I live out of the county). My appointment day, staff immediately informed me that they were very understaffed. The staff who brought me back and administered my dilation drops was very polite and in no way did I feel rushed. I have been a patient since I moved here, 1 1/2 years ago. I can’t begin to compliment enough the staff on their their efficiency, kindness and professionalism - and that is everyone I’ve encountered. Dr Meffert and staff advocated for me to continue a better medicine, that I had just started before my move here. Currently my eye is finally repairing ( after 5 years of treatment) , my vision is improved and I couldn’t be happier.
