If you can handle the rudeness and the insults of front office that acts like the owners. And of course the manger that take their side. You are in good hands of the good doctors.
Might have some nice staff and all that, but ready to wait, wait, wait, and wait. It's been an hour or more after the time of appointment. Dr came in and spent 6 minutes with us.
Great staff & doctors
I was set up to see for a detached retina on Thursday and Friday afternoon I got a call they I missed was out of room, no message was left and I was told that I would have a co-pay of 20 %. Of the procedure on day of surgery. And by doing this caused me to have to wait over weekend to schedule another appointment at a medical provider to perform my surgery, so I called Monday morning to cancel. I find out later that my secondary insurance was coming up inactive, this was easy to fix with a simple phone call. This should have... read more
The entire staff here is FANTASTIC but I can not say enough good things about Dr Ira Schachar!!! He is working with me as I have had 2 retinal detachments in my only good eye. He is doing everything in his power to save my vision. He TRULY cares. He also knows how high my anxiety is and understands that. It doesn't matter how often I call I am treated like family.
